SHIPPING POLICY

At Seamar Delight, we know that your seafood orders demand the highest level of care and consideration to ensure the timely delivery. We commit to your satisfaction and use only the highest quality shipping components in order to ensure the fresh delivery of your seafood.

Please consider the following points:

  • Orders must be placed BEFORE NOON for same day shipping.

  • We ship Monday – Friday only.  

  • Please view shopping cart and select CORRECT shipping qty. to avoid additional charges.

  • We waive all freight cost for our East Coast costumers.

  • Freight cost varies depending on weight of products.

  • Hazardous Weather may delay order. Please note if you are aware of bad weather, we recommend delaying your order. We will not reimburse you for late deliveries, damaged items nor will our shipping vendors.


If you need to contact us regarding an order you have already placed, please call us at 786-532-7102. After 5:00 PM our office is closed however, you can contact our customer service department on our website “Get in Touch” tab.

If you are a NEW CUSTOMER, you must provide a valid physical address and phone number for purchasing. We will call you to verify your company’s information before shipping. If we cannot reach you, we will not ship your order.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, we will call to confirm your order before shipping. If we cannot reach you, we will not ship your order. Please provide a number that can always be reached.

Sustainable seafood is a hot topic these days. "Sustainability" is based on a simple principle - meeting today's needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. In terms of seafood, this means catching or farming seafood responsibly with consideration for the long-term health of the environment and the livelihoods of the people that depend upon the environment. Seamar Delight Corp. is dedicated of sourcing seafood that is caught using environmentally friendly catch.

REFUND POLICY

Customers have 24 hours to email or fax any claims in writing upon inspection and receipt of consignment, customer must get in touch with a live person to review. After 24 hours we do not process refunds under any circumstance. Once products are received by customers, Seamar Delight is no longer liable.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Checks.

Once customers receive products, Seamar Delight Corp is no longer liable; by making a purchase you agree with these terms. Customers are responsible for all costs of collections, including but not limited to, attorneys fees, court fees, collections fees and will be charged 1.5% per month for overdue invoices. Jurisdiction shall be in Miami-Dade County, State of Florida. By making a purchase you are agreeing with these terms.
